Skills taught include Adult CPR, rescue breathing, care for conscious and unconscious choking adults and first aid for bleeding, shock, eye injuries, fractures, sprains, poisoning, stroke, and seizures.

Adult CPR, valid 1 year
Standard First Aid, valid 3 years
