FALL LEARN-TO-SWIM PROGRAM
 
Registration: Saturday, September 27, 2008
Fee: $30 per family (up to 4 family members)

Location/Time: Hollins University 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Location/Time: Lancerlot Fitness Center 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Location/Time: Franklin County YMCA  8:00 AM - Noon

Registration and payment will be collected at each registration location
 
      • Important Information - Please Read:
        1. If you have been in the program previously, you may enroll in the appropriate level without attending water-testing. Complete the Registration Form, Parent Agreement and Permission Slip and remit with your payment, no later than Wednesday, September 24 to:

        2. If you are new to the program, you will need to bring the participant prepared to go in the water for a swim test. You will only be at the registration as long as it takes for the participant to be water-tested and to register them in the appropriate level of swimming.

        3. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

        4. Children who are aged 6 months through age 4 will be enrolled as follows:

        6 months through 2-year olds - Infant/Parent Program
        3 and 4 year olds - Preschool/Parent Program
        You may enroll in advance and not attend Registration Day. Parents/legal guardian must be in the water with the child during all classes.
